I'm just over 2 years in on swapping my New Holland skidloader for a CAT. The main reason for the switch for me was reliability and speed to service. Our local New Holland/Kubota dealer is always 6-10 weeks out for service and a pain to deal with. Ben is my inside product specialist and he does an amazing job checking in on if I have any needs or questions about my machine. He is very helpful in diagnosing issues and scheduling service when necessary. Selling the New Holland and buying the CAT from Ohio CAT was a great decision for my needs. Thank you Ben Patterson and Todd Massaro who sold me the machine!
